Specifically designed to increase strength, this gym-based program is the perfect combination of powerlifting and bodybuilding. Using your current one-rep-maxes, our percentage based training method focuses on different variations of the squat, bench and deadlift to build strength.

Included:

- 12 week in-app training program + final test week (13 weeks total)

- 3-4 week long progressive training phases

- 5 day training split
